Meet The Team

Dr. Brian C. Forsythe was born in Glendale, California. His family moved to Texas when he was young and he was raised in the DFW area. Dr. Forsythe is a board certified Doctor of Osteopathy. He received his BS in Chemistry from Baylor University, his Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and his degree in Psychiatry from University of Texas at Southwestern. He has experience in inpatient psychiatric care (Timberlawn Hospital) and emergent psychiatric care (Parkland Hospital). Dr. Forsythe is very active in the Dallas community and enjoys spending his free time watching and playing a variety of sports with his son.

Jade was born in North Carolina and moved to Texas with her family 12 years ago. She attended the University of Texas at Dallas for her undergraduate education and received her BS in Biology in 2018. She then gained her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2020. She moved back to Dallas after graduation and has been practicing medicine for the last 3 years. In her free time Jade enjoys reading, trying new restaurants and hanging out by the pool.

Megan was born and raised in Dallas, TX. She attended the University of Oklahoma for her undergraduate education and received her BA in Psychology in 2013. She then went on to gain her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2018. She moved back to DFW after graduation and has been practicing medicine for the last 6 years. In her free time Megan enjoys spending time with her family and 3 dogs. 

Tory is a Kansas native, he studied Psychology and Sociology at Pittsburg State University from 1987 - 1991.  Retired from teaching in 2022 after 33 years and is now excited about the opportunity to work in the mental health field. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
